1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1/4 cup tahini

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed is best)

1 garlic clove, minced

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Salt to taste

Water (as needed for consistency)

Paprika and chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Combine Ingredients: In a food processor, add the drained chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, and a pinch of salt.

    Blend: Pulse the mixture a few times to start breaking down the chickpeas.
