1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into bite-sized cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh dill or parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

For the Garlic Cream Sauce:

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper, to taste

Zest of 1 lemon

Marinate the Salmon:

    In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Add the salmon cubes and gently toss to coat the pieces evenly in the marinade. Let the salmon marinate for about 15-20 minutes to absorb the flavors.

      Prepare the Air Fryer:

        Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes while the salmon marinates.

          Cook the Salmon Bites:

            Place the marinated salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they're not crowded. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and lightly crispy on the outside, flipping halfway through for even cooking.

              Make the Garlic Cream Sauce:

                In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Add the Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and lemon zest. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently until the sauce thickens slightly.

                  Serve:
