1 lb ground beef

6 slices of bacon, chopped

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup milk

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots

Optional: sliced pickles and diced tomatoes for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook the Bacon: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon bits using a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel to drain excess grease.

      Brown the Beef: In the same skillet, add the ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic. Cook until the beef is browned and the onions are tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

        Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, crispy bacon, cream of mushroom soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

          Layer the Casserole: In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spread the beef and bacon mixture evenly. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the top.

            Add Tater Tots: Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese layer, covering the entire surface.

              Bake: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.

                Serve: After removing from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with optional sliced pickles and diced tomatoes if desired. Serve warm, and enjoy your delicious casserole!
