Ingredients

1 sheet of puff pastry (thawed)

1 (8 oz) wheel of Brie cheese

1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)

1/4 cup chopped walnuts (or pecans)

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (finely chopped)

1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Sea salt (for sprinkling)

Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Puff Pastry: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry into a rectangle. Cut into 4-inch squares (you should get about 8-10 squares depending on how you cut them).

Prepare the Brie: Cut the Brie cheese into smaller wedges. Place one wedge in the center of each pastry square.

Add Cranberry Sauce: Spoon a dollop of cranberry sauce (about 1 tablespoon) over each piece of Brie.

Add Nuts and Rosemary: Sprinkle a few chopped walnuts and a pinch of fresh rosemary on top of the cranberry sauce.

Wrap the Pastry: Gently fold the corners of the pastry square over the Brie and cranberry, pinching the edges to seal them tightly. Make sure no filling leaks out.

Egg Wash: Brush the tops of the pastry bites with beaten egg to give them a golden-brown finish.

Sprinkle with Sea Salt: Lightly sprinkle sea salt over the top of each pastry bite for extra flavor.

Bake: Place the pastry bites on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.

Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious Cranberry Bliss Baked Brie Bites!
