2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)

1 cup BBQ sauce (choose your favorite brand or homemade)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: sliced jalapeños for a spicy kick

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare Chicken Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

      Prepare Crescent Rolls: Open the package of crescent roll dough and unroll it onto a clean surface. Separate the dough into individual triangles as indicated on the package.

        Fill the Rolls: Place a generous spoonful (about 2 tablespoons) of the BBQ chicken mixture at the wide end of each crescent triangle. If you like a bit of heat, you can add sliced jalapeños on top of the chicken mixture.

          Roll Them Up: Carefully roll the crescent dough up towards the pointed end, starting from the wide end where the filling is placed. Seal the edges and make sure they’re pinched to avoid leaks.
