1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)

2 cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 cup Biscoff cookie butter

1/2 cup Biscoff cookies, crushed (for topping)

1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

    Melt the Butter: In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

      Mix the Sugar and Eggs: In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and granulated sugar. Whisk until well mixed. Add in the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

        Sift Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined. Be careful not to overmix.

          Add Biscoff: Gently fold in the Biscoff cookie butter until the batter is smooth and everything is well integrated. If desired, fold in chocolate chips for an extra indulgent touch.

            Pour and Spread: Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
