8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)

1 tbsp lemon juice

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup spinach leaves, washed and dried

1 medium carrot, grated

1 small cucumber, thinly sliced

1 bell pepper (any color), thinly sliced

1 small avocado, sliced

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Cherry tomatoes for garnish

Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

    Spread the Mixture: Lay out a whole wheat tortilla on a flat surface. Using a spatula, spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface of the tortilla, leaving about an inch clear around the edges.
