1/4 cup red onions, finely chopped

1/4 cup celery, diced

2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried dill)

4 large whole wheat or spinach tortillas

1 cup mixed greens (arugula, spinach, or lettuce)

Optional: Sliced tomatoes, cucumber, or bell peppers for added crunch

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, ripe avocado, Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Mash the avocado slightly while mixing to create a creamy texture with chunks of tuna throughout.
