12 oz fettuccine pasta

1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 medium lime (juiced and zested)

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Additional lime wedges and cilantro leaves for garnish

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and set aside.

    Prepare the Sauce: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.

      Add Cream and Spices: Pour in the heavy cream, lime juice, and lime zest. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer.
