4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup spinach, fresh

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

    Sear the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

      Sauté Garlic and Tomatoes: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Then, add halved cherry tomatoes and cook for approximately 3-5 minutes until they start to soften.

        Add Spinach: Stir in the fresh spinach and cook for another 2 minutes until wilted.
