1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Prepare the Potatoes: Wash and scrub the russet potatoes thoroughly. Pat them dry with a cloth. You can peel them if you prefer, but leaving the skin on adds extra crispiness and texture.

    Slice the Potatoes: Using a sharp knife or a mandoline slicer, cut the potatoes into 1/8-inch thick slices. Aim for uniform thickness for even cooking.

      Season the Slices: In a large mixing bowl, combine the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper. Toss thoroughly to ensure all slices are evenly coated in the seasoning mixture.

        Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes. This helps to achieve that perfect crispiness.
