Crispy Chicken Caesar Wraps

2 large chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

Optional: Additional crushed croutons for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken:

    - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

      - Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides.

        Bread the Chicken:

          - Set up a breading station: place flour in one shallow dish, beaten eggs in a second shallow dish, and panko breadcrumbs in a third.

            - Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off the excess, then dip into the egg, allowing the excess to drip off, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

              Bake the Chicken:

                - Place the breaded chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

                  - Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature reaches 165°F / 75°C).

                    - Once baked, allow the chicken to cool slightly before slicing into strips.

                      Assemble the Wraps:

                        - In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, grated Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. Toss well to combine.

                          - Lay out each tortilla flat. Place a generous amount of the Caesar salad mixture in the center of each tortilla, then top with the crispy chicken strips.

                            Wrap It Up:

                              - Fold the sides of the tortilla towards the center, then roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom up to enclose the filling completely. Repeat for each tortilla.

                                Serve:

                                  - Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately. For an added crunch, sprinkle with crushed croutons and drizzle with extra Caesar dressing if desired.
