1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice level)

1/2 teaspoon ground mustard

2 tablespoons olive oil

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and place a wire rack on a baking sheet. This will allow air to circulate around the wings and help them become crispy.

    Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. This step is crucial for achieving crispiness, as excess moisture can hinder the frying process.
