1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)

Zest of 2 lemons

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. This will help the wings cook evenly and become crispy.
