2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand, or homemade)

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place them in the bottom of your slow cooker.

    Mix the Sauce: In a medium bowl, combine BBQ sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Whisk until smooth and all ingredients are well incorporated.
