Ingredients

1 package (12 oz) refrigerated or frozen cheese ravioli

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking spray or olive oil spray

Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

Prepare the Breading Station: Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour seasoned with salt and pepper, another with beaten eggs, and the third with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika.

Coat the Ravioli: If using frozen ravioli, cook them according to package instructions until just al dente (they should still be slightly firm). Drain and allow to cool slightly. Dredge each ravioli first in the flour, shaking off the excess, then dip into the egg wash, and finally coat with the seasoned breadcrumbs. Make sure each ravioli is evenly coated for maximum crunch.

Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.

Arrange for Air Frying: Spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray. Place the breaded ravioli in a single layer in the basket, making sure not to overcrowd them; you may need to do this in batches.

Air Fry the Ravioli: Lightly spray the top of the ravioli with olive oil to promote crispness. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until they turn golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.

Serve: Once cooked, remove the crunchy ravioli bites from the air fryer and serve immediately with warm marinara sauce on the side for dipping. Enjoy while they’re fresh and hot!
