Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

½ cup ranch dressing

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 package (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

¼ cup melted butter

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, softened cream cheese, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Cut the Biscuit Dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters.

Coat the Biscuit Pieces: Add the biscuit pieces to the chicken mixture and gently fold them in until each piece is coated with the mixture.

Prepare the Baking Dish: In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, layer the biscuit-chicken mixture evenly.

Add Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese evenly over the top.

Drizzle with Butter: Pour the melted butter over the entire dish for added flavor and moisture.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish, cut into pull-apart sections, and serve warm.
