Ingredients

2 cups of fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

2 ripe bananas, sliced

1 cup of Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons of honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips (optional, for drizzling)

1/4 cup of chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts, optional)

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Base: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This will prevent the bark from sticking and make it easy to remove once frozen.

Mix Yogurt: In a medium-sized bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well blended.

Spread Yogurt Mixture: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it evenly, creating a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.

Add Toppings: Evenly distribute the sliced strawberries and bananas over the yogurt base. If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts and a pinch of sea salt for added texture and flavor.

Drizzle Chocolate (Optional): If you're adding dark chocolate chips, melt them in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals or over a double boiler until smooth. Use a spoon or a piping bag to drizzle the melted chocolate over the fruit and yogurt layer.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the bark to freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.

Break into Pieces: Once frozen, remove the bark from the freezer. Use a sharp knife or your hands to break it into pieces of desired size.

Serve and Store: Enjoy immediately or store the pieces in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
