Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: sliced pickles or jalapeños for added flavor

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined. Form small meatballs, roughly the size of a golf ball (about 1.5 inches in diameter).

Cook the Meatballs: In a skillet over medium heat, add the formed meatballs and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning until browned on all sides. They don't need to be fully cooked through, as they'll continue cooking in the oven. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Roll Out the Dough: Open the can of crescent roll dough and unroll it onto a lightly floured surface. Pinch the seams together to create one large rectangular sheet.

Cut the Dough: Cut the dough into 8 equal squares. Each square should be large enough to wrap around a meatball.

Assemble the Bombs: Place one meatball in the center of each dough square. Add a tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese and sprinkle a bit of grated Parmesan cheese on top. Fold the corners of the dough over the meatball and pinch to seal.

Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with a sprinkle of garlic powder and a pinch of salt.

Coat the Bombs: Place the cheeseburger bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops generously with the garlic butter mixture.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and fully cooked.

Garnish and Serve: Once out of the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish. Serve warm with optional pickles or jalapeños on the side.
