4 medium russet potatoes

4 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: chili flakes for a bit of heat

    Prepare the Potatoes: Wash and scrub the russet potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato into wedges by cutting them in half lengthwise, then each half into 3-4 wedges depending on the size of the potato.

      Make the Seasoning: In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. This will be your seasoning mix.
