Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large whole wheat tortillas

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup Caesar dressing

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Optional: Croutons for added crunch

Instructions

Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).

Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Prepare the Salad: In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Toss until the salad is well-coated.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a portion of the grilled chicken slices in the center, followed by a scoop of the Caesar salad mix. If desired, add some croutons for extra crunch.

Wrap it Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll from the bottom up to create a wrap. Make sure it’s tightly sealed to hold everything together.

Serve: Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve with additional Caesar dressing on the side for dipping.
