2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

Juice of 1 lime

For the Mango Salsa:

1 ripe mango, diced

1 medium red bell pepper, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Salt to taste

For the Wrap:

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 avocado, sliced

1 cup mixed greens or baby spinach

Optional: sour cream or Greek yogurt for serving

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Add the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for maximum flavor.

    Prepare the Mango Salsa: In a medium bowl, combine diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice. Season with salt to taste. Mix gently and set aside to let the flavors meld.

      Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill (or grill pan) to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Once cooked, remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
