2 tablespoons almond flour (or oats, blended into flour)

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 tablespoon cocoa powder (optional for chocolate flavor)

1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

Pinch of salt

Optional toppings: fresh berries, nut butter, or a dollop of Greek yogurt

In a microwave-safe mug, combine the protein powder, almond flour, baking powder, cocoa powder (if using), and salt. Stir until well mixed.

    Add in the maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and almond milk. Mix thoroughly until a smooth batter forms.

      If the mixture is too thick, you can add a splash more of almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
