4 cups fresh baby spinach

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/3 cup walnuts, chopped

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: fresh mint leaves for garnish

Prepare the Spinach: Rinse the fresh baby spinach under cool water. Pat dry with a paper towel or use a salad spinner to remove excess moisture. Transfer to a large salad bowl.

    Slice the Strawberries: Hull the strawberries, removing the green tops. Slice each strawberry into thin rounds. Add them to the bowl with the spinach.
