1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise for a creamier option)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

1 small celery stalk, finely chopped

1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely diced

2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and chopped

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 teaspoon dried dill or fresh dill, chopped (optional)

8 large lettuce leaves (iceberg or romaine)

Cherry tomatoes, halved, for garnish

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.

    Add the finely chopped celery, red bell pepper, red onion, and capers to the bowl. Stir to incorporate all the ingredients evenly.

      Season the mixture with salt, black pepper, and dill (if using). Taste and adjust the seasoning as necessary.

        Carefully wash and dry the lettuce leaves, ensuring they remain intact for wrapping.

          To assemble your wraps, take a lettuce leaf and spoon a generous amount of the tuna salad mixture onto the center.
