Ingredients

1 ripe mango, peeled and diced

1 cup coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)

1/2 teaspoon matcha green tea powder

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup water (for matcha)

Ice cubes

Optional: Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Mango Puree: In a blender, combine the diced mango and a splash of coconut milk. Blend until smooth. If needed, add a little water to achieve your desired consistency. Set aside.

Mix the Matcha: In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with half a cup of warm water (not boiling) until completely dissolved and frothy. You can use a matcha whisk or a regular whisk.

Sweeten the Mixture: Stir in honey or agave syrup to the dissolved matcha, adjusting the amount to your preferred sweetness.

Assemble the Latte: In a tall glass, add a layer of the mango puree first. Pour in some ice cubes to fill the glass halfway, then add the coconut milk until the glass is nearly full.

Finish with Matcha: Slowly pour the prepared matcha over the top of the coconut milk mix. This will create a beautiful layered effect.

Garnish: If desired, add fresh mint leaves on top for a refreshing touch.

Serve: Stir gently before drinking to mix the flavors, or enjoy the layers as is!
