1 lb (450g) refrigerated pizza dough

1 cup (100g) shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup (100g) sliced pepperoni

1/2 cup (120g) marinara sauce (for dipping)

1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh basil leaves (for garnish, optional)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the refrigerated pizza dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Cut the dough into 2-inch squares.

      Fill the Dough: Place a slice of pepperoni on each square, followed by a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese. If desired, add a dash of crushed red pepper flakes for extra heat.

        Form the Bombs: Carefully fold each corner of the dough square towards the center, pinching to seal tightly. Ensure there are no gaps to prevent the cheese from leaking out during baking.
