Ingredients

8 oz. fettuccine or penne pasta

1 lb. ground beef (or turkey)

1/2 cup diced onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup beef broth

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)

1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped (optional)

1/4 cup sour cream (for garnish)

Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine or penne according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Sauté Vegetables: Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Make the Alfredo Sauce: To the skillet, add the heavy cream, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.

Add Cheeses: Reduce the heat to low, then stir in the cheddar and Parmesan cheese. Allow the sauce to thicken slightly for about 2-3 minutes. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.

Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing well to fully coat the noodles in the creamy sauce. Stir in the diced tomatoes and chopped pickles (if using) for an extra punch of flavor.

Serve: Plate the Loaded Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta, garnishing with a dollop of sour cream, sprinkle of fresh parsley or chives, and extra cheese if desired.

Enjoy: Serve hot and savor the delicious blend of cheeseburger flavors with creamy pasta!
