1 ripe honeydew melon

8 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto

1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), drained

Prepare the Melons: Cut the cantaloupe and honeydew into 1-inch cubes. Remove any seeds from the cantaloupe and discard. Aim for similar-sized pieces for even skewering.

    Create the Skewers: Take a wooden skewer and thread one melon cube (cantaloupe) onto it, followed by a folded slice of prosciutto.
