Ingredients

1 large flatbread or naan

1 ripe peach, thinly sliced

8 oz burrata cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

¼ cup fresh arugula

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Flatbread: Place the flatbread or naan on a baking sheet. Brush one side generously with olive oil to create a nice golden crust.

Bake the Flatbread: Bake the flatbread in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, until it’s warm and lightly crisped but not overly browned.

Layer the Ingredients: Once the flatbread is done baking, remove it from the oven. Immediately tear open the burrata cheese and spread it over the warm flatbread, allowing it to melt slightly.

Add the Peaches: Arrange the sliced peaches evenly over the burrata.

Season: Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves, salt, and pepper over the top. If you'd like a little heat, add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes.

Finishing Touches: Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the entire flatbread for a sweet and tangy finish. Lastly, top it off with a handful of fresh arugula for a peppery crunch.

Serve: Cut the flatbread into slices or wedges and serve immediately while everything is warm and inviting.
