8 ounces elbow macaroni

1 cup cooked bacon, chopped

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup buttermilk

2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup sweet corn (frozen and thawed or canned)

1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced

1/2 cup green onions, sliced

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook the Macaroni: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Set aside.
