1 pre-made pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup breakfast sausage, crumbled

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 large eggs

1/4 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)

1/4 cup chopped fresh chives or green onions (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet or pizza stone.

    Cook the Sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, add the crumbled breakfast sausage. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease and set aside.
