1 cup Caesar salad dressing

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup chicken broth

8 sandwich rolls or hoagie buns

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

Additional Parmesan cheese for serving

Optional: sliced tomatoes and croutons for topping

Instructions

Prep the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Sprinkle the garlic powder, black pepper, and salt over the chicken.

Add the Liquid: Pour the chicken broth and Caesar dressing over the chicken, ensuring it's well coated.

Cook: Cover the slow cooker and set it on low. Cook for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

Shred the Chicken: Once cooked, remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker.

Mix with Cheese: Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing well until the cheese melts and is fully incorporated into the chicken mixture.

Assemble the Sandwiches: Toast the sandwich rolls if desired. Place a generous amount of the chicken Caesar mixture onto the bottom half of each roll. Top with chopped romaine lettuce, additional Parmesan cheese, and any other toppings you prefer (like sliced tomatoes or croutons).

Serve: Cap with the top half of the roll. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Slow Cooker Chicken Caesar Sandwiches!
