Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey

1 cup breadcrumbs (Italian-style for added flavor)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup finely diced onion

1/4 cup finely diced green bell pepper

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 large eggs

1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce (plus more for topping)

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

Prepare the Veggies: In a medium skillet, sauté the diced onion and green bell pepper in a little olive oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until they are softened. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Mix the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, sautéed vegetables, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, buffalo wing sauce, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Use your hands or a spatula to gently mix everything until just combined; avoid overmixing, as that can result in a dense meatloaf.

Shape the Mixture: Transfer the turkey mixture into the prepared loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf.

Add the Sauce: Brush a generous layer of buffalo wing sauce over the top of the meatloaf for extra flavor and spice.

Bake: Place the meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for about 45-55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the top is nicely browned.

Rest and Serve: Once done, let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Enjoy: Serve with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, a fresh salad, or roasted vegetables. Drizzle more buffalo sauce on top for an extra kick!
