Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers (for topping)

Optional: chopped nuts or a sprinkle of chia seeds

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, and softened cream cheese. Mix until creamy and well-combined.

Add the honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon to the oats mixture. Stir until the sweeteners and flavors are fully integrated.

Fold in the sliced strawberries, reserving a few pieces for topping later if desired.

Divide the oat mixture evenly into two mason jars or airtight containers. Press down gently to pack the mixture.

Cover the containers with lids and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak and soften.

In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of milk to reach your desired consistency.

Top each serving with the reserved strawberry slices and a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers. If you like, add chopped nuts or chia seeds for added texture.
