Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons paprika

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 large flour tortillas or wraps

4 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Optional: Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken:

    - In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a spice blend.

      - Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and rub the spice mixture all over both sides of the chicken.

        Cook the Chicken:

          - Heat olive oil in a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.

            - Once the oil is hot, add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is well-browned, cooked through, and has an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

              - Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into strips.

                Assemble the Wraps:

                  - In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, sliced blackened chicken, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss until everything is evenly coated in the dressing.

                    - Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the chicken Caesar mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each wrap.

                      Wrap It Up:

                        - Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll from the bottom up to encase the filling securely. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

                          Serve:

                            - Cut the wraps in half at a diagonal for easy eating. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra zesty kick, if desired.
