Ingredients

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 (4 oz) can diced jalapeños, drained

1/2 cup fresh jalapeños, diced (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup crumbled bacon (optional for extra crunch)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use an electric mixer or a whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.

Gradually add the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses to the cream mixture, stirring until well combined.

Fold in the diced jalapeños (both canned and fresh), crumbled bacon (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Adjust seasonings according to your taste preference.

Transfer the dip mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before garnishing with fresh cilantro if desired.

Serve warm with tortilla chips and enjoy the spicy, cheesy goodness!
